In his spare time, Peter is a big fan of football and cricket as well as being a keen traveller.

Office Manager & Company Director

Joining her brother Peter in 2002, Vivienne brings over 30 years of administration experience to the table and thrives on her back-office tasks keeping the ship afloat. Vivienne ensures everything in the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis and offers a warm welcome to all clients.

Outside of the office Vivienne loves to spend time with her family and has a particular fondness for Florida.

Michael Curry

Whatever kind of insurance you need, Michael is never fazed by any request with vast experience and great knowledge of the industry. Drawing on over 30 years of experience in both commercial and personal lines, Michael joined the team in 2009 and has helped countless clients find the perfect insurance deals.

Michael also loves travelling and enjoys an active social life with friends and family.

Stuart Hardman

Mortgage & Protection Advisor

One of the most experienced mortgage & protection advisors in the North East with over 26 years in financial services. Stuart is meticulous in his research and organisation and care about the outcomes for all clients, including first time buyers, home movers and those remortgaging and those buying for investment purposes.

Stuart enjoys weekends away, typically in the Lake District, with his lovely wife Helen. He also enjoys gardening, running and keeping his car sparkling.

Clare Mapp

General Insurance Administrator

Clare is now a full time member of the family firm, and is married to Peter.  Clare has 20+ years experience as a legal secretary and is quickly learning the General Insurance business.

Clare loves spending time with family and friends and her beloved Labrador, Walter. She also loves to travel and herself and Peter's favourite destination is without doubt, South Africa.

Tracy Turner

General Insurance Administrator

With specialist knowledge of both commercial and personal insurance lines, Tracy joined us in 2012 and provides the highest level of service to all clients. She has over 15 years’ experience in the insurance business and ensures that all renewals are the best available to each client.

Tracy loves animals and also enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Tiegan Genner

General Insurance Administrator

Tiegan joined Mapps in May 2021 as a Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice.  She has successfully completed her qualification and became a permanent member of staff in December 2022.  She is a great asset to the team, being super intelligent and very friendly. 

In her spare time Tiegan loves spending time with her fiancé and family and is busy planning her forthcoming wedding.

Jade Wraith

Mortgage Administrator & PA

Jade joined us in May 2023 and brings with her 20 years experience. Jade has quickly settled into the position and is an asset to the Mapps Team. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and two girls.

Ryan Johnson

Mortgage Administrator

Ryan joined the team in February 2023 and is a computer genius! His knowledge is invaluable to the team. He loves to travel and has been to many corners of the world so fits in brilliantly at Mapps. He is usually planning or returning from a big trip.

Walter

Office Dog

Walter is Peter and Clare’s black Labrador and also the office mascot!

When he attends at the office, he can generally be found with his head in the dustbin looking for remnants of lunch time snacks or helping with the shredding of paper!!

In his spare time, he likes long walks, swimming and sleeping - in that order!!
