Being new to mortgages I did not know what to expect. The team at Mapps made me feel incredibly positive about the whole situation. No question was ever a stupid question in their eyes. (There were lots of stupid questions from my end)!. Every time I rang they made me feel comfortable and always made time to put me at ease. Looking back over the past 6-8 weeks Mapps made the whole process so simple. I cannot recommend this amazing team more.
