Have used Mapps for a number of years for house and travel insurance. My car insurance was part of an online deal elsewhere. However when I asked Mapps for a quote for my car insurance when it was up for renewal they were able to offer a great alternative policy - the same benefits etc for nearly £200 less!!! Grabbed the offer. Michael and Olivia were really helpful and made everything so easy. The whole staff in Mapps are always welcoming, friendly and really care about offering the best insurance - just excellent service. They care about their clients and because they are a family firm they know how to respond to individual needs but above all they are always professional.
